Cancellation Policy

The cancellation conditions apply to all our services and are as follows:

Up to 1 month before the agreed date: the full amount will be refunded, with no cancellation charges.

Up to 2 weeks before the agreed date: 25% of the service price will be charged.

Up to 1 week before the agreed date: 50% of the service price will be charged.

Up to 3 days before the agreed date: 70% of the service price will be charged.

Up to 1 day before the agreed date: 90% of the service price will be charged.

No-show: 100% of the service price will be charged.

All these conditions also apply to modifications.
